Configure Airtable per organization under Settings → Integrations. The sync upserts Speakers (keyed by email) and Submissions (keyed by friendly ID) into your base, creating both tables automatically when the token allows schema writes.

Token scopes

The personal access token needs access to the target base plus:
  • data.records:read
  • data.records:write
  • schema.bases:read
  • schema.bases:write — only if SpeakerWeave should create the tables for you
Tokens are stored server-side and masked in the UI. Trigger a sync any time with Sync now; the panel shows the last-synced timestamp and per-table counts.
